These guardrails may occasionally result in a temporary usage restriction. ChatGPT will notify you if this happens. If you believe a restriction was applied by mistake, contact OpenAI Support through the chat widget at help.openai.com. If OpenAI does not find policy-violating behavior, access will be restored. You can upgrade to Pro $100 from the Pricing page or from Settings → My Plan , but you cannot upgrade to the Pro $200 plan, since n ew subscriptions and upgrades to Pro $200 are temporarily paused. If you are on Free, Go, Plus, or Pro $100, you cannot move to Pro $200 until the pause is lifted. When you upgrade to Pro $100, the new usage limits and capabilities apply immediately. Is my existing Pro $200 subscription affected? No. Existing Pro $200 subscriptions continue to renew as usual.
